Career Path
When you first join our team you will start as a trainee with the goal of quickly becoming a team member and then a team leader.

Once you are competent as a team member, you will then be trained to be a team leader. To become a team leader you will need to be trained to properly clean a house, avoid property damage, and work safely. You willll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, and get an overview of our entire system and processes.

Our training is designed to help you excel and advance in the company quickly. If you have experience we will start you at the pay rate as team member. If you have limited or no experience we will start you out on hourly pay and give you substantial increases as your training progresses. Most trainees are team members within 1 month.

Everyone on the team loves their jobs. They love this company. They work very hard but get to work independently every day without someone standing over their shoulders.
